Before Berlime Solutions, I ran my own small business. I set up a website to be accessible 24/7, eliminating the need for constant messaging. However, it became overwhelming. There were just too many platforms to choose from, and I had no idea which one worked best until I tried them all myself – a very stressful learning experience!

Another issue I noticed was the lack of focus on UI/UX design for small businesses by many agencies. They charged hefty fees based on their size, not the quality of their work. It was disheartening to see friends pay a fortune for what amounted to an intern’s work, followed by overpriced maintenance with minimal support.

These experiences fueled my desire to create something better. I leveraged the knowledge I gained from navigating all those platforms and decided to develop websites that truly stood out.
